Cory Hong, also known by his Korean name Hong Joo Hyun and by his stage name Corbyn (previously Cory), is a South Korean-American singer, composer, producer, dancer and former leader of the boy group 24K. He was born in Lake Oswego, Oregon and moved back to South Korea as a child before returning to the United States at the age of 4 where he will remain until he graduated from college. After going back to South Korea he was a trainee for one year and a half before debuting as the leader of the original 6-member group: 24K. The group debuted in 2012 with their 1st mini album "Hurry Up" but quickly underwent several lineup changes starting in 2014. He was the producer for 24K's songs ''Hey You'', ''Only You'' (together with bandmate Jeong Uk) and ''U R So Cute''. In 2017, he entered "MIXNINE" but did not pass the auditions and in 2019 it was announced that was leaving the group to focus on a career as a producer and occasionally singing. He made his solo debut with the single "M$D (million dollar dream)" and changed his stage name from Cory to Corbyn. He currently is an executive producer of "28 LABORATORY MUSIC".
