Dokgo Young Jae, born Jeon Young Jae, is a South Korean actor. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Drama from the Seoul Institute of the Arts. He made his debut in 1973 with the drama "Raindrops" and became active as one of the main actors of the Dongrang Theater Ensemble. In 1982, he won the Best Supporting Actor Award at the Blue Dragon Film Awards for his role in "White Badge" and became a popular figure in Korean television after his role in the 1993 MBC drama "My Mother's Sea".
