Hama Yuko is a Japanese actress born at Meguro in Tokyo. She was married to Ichikawa Ennosuke III, a kabuki actor, and gave birth to Kagawa Teruyuki, who also became an actor, before divorcing three years later in 1968. She started working in the Takarazuka Revue, a Japanese all-female musical theater troupe, at the age of 18 years old and did many representations until 1961. Then, she began her acting career.
