Hira Mikijiro was a Japanese actor and director born in Koami-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima, Japan. He was affiliated with Kei Factory. At the beginning of sixth grade, Mikijiro evacuated to the home of his maternal great-uncle in Kamigeshi-cho, Konu, eastern Hiroshima, Japan. His mother remained in Hiroshima.
