Izumi Masayuki was a Japanese actor born in Arakawa, Tokyo, Japan. He was affiliated with the talent agency Gift during his lifetime. He completed his education at Komagome High School and later graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Tokai University's Second Engineering Faculty. Izumi began his journey in the entertainment industry during high school as a reader model for Tokyo Street News!
