Jeon Min Ju, known mononymously as Minju and also as Ursso, is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of THE ARK (디아크), pre-debut group DAYDAY (데이데이) and KHAN (칸). She graduated from Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School and, before debuting, spent 8 years as a trainee at different agencies. She made her first TV appearance in 2012 as a contestant in "K-Pop Star Season 2" (part of the group YouU). She then made her debut as a soloist in 2014 with the digital single "Goodbye Rain". After switching agencies, she re-debuted in April 2015 as the leader, main dancer and lead vocalist of THE ARK, managed by Music K Entertainment (뮤직K엔터테인먼트), with their first digital single "Somebody 4 Life". Unfortunately, the group was not successful and disbanded in March 2016. She switched agencies for the second time and was set to re-appear as a member of DAYDAY. However, HYWY Entertainment (HYWY 엔터테인먼트) kept postponing their debut date and, finally, in October 2017 announced the group was disbanding without having ever debuted due to differences of opinion between the members and the agency. She then moved to Maroo Corporation (마루기획) and re-debuted in May 2018, as part of duo KHAN with former THE ARK member Kim Euna, with their first digital single "I'm Your Girl?". Once again, she found no success and the duo went into hiatus in mid-2019 and silently disbanded in March 2020. Since then, she has appeared in a few singing survival competitions and continues to promote as a soloist, sometimes using the stage name Ursso. (Source: MyDramaList).
