Kim Hye Sun is a South Korean actress and model. She began her modelling career when she was in middle school and later, while attending Anyang High School of the Arts, also began appearing in commercials. She made her acting debut in 1986. She made her Japanese debut in 1988 using the name Shirakawa Shoko and released two popular photo books there. In 1993, Hye Sun won Best Supporting Actress at the Blue Dragon Film Awards for her performance in "Love Is Oh Yeah!"(참견은 노 사랑은 오예).
