Noh Hyo Jung, known professionally as Lucy, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actress, model and member of WEKI MEKI. She graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School, focusing on Practical Dance and is currently enrolled in the Theater program at Dongguk University. Before debuting, she started out as a trainee under Fantagio i-Teen, a rookie talent development program under Fantagio Entertainment, as part of i-Teen Girls. She appeared in several episodes of label mate ASTRO's "To Be Continued". She debuted in 2017 as the group's lead dancer, rapper, vocalist and maknae with their 1st EP, "Weme", and has enjoyed moderate success and stability since then. She also walked the runway in 2018 and in the 2022 A/W Seoul Fashion Week. She released a song titled "Like Today" with ASTRO's MJ, and in 2020, she (alongside fellow members Yoojung and Rina) participated in writing the lyrics of their song “Just Us”. She has appeared in movies such as "AI Her" in 2019 and in dramas such as "Miracle" in 2022. On August 16, 2024, the group had officially disbanded.
