Lee Min Young, also known by her stage name Min, is a South Korean idol singer and dancer. She is a member of the Korean girl group "miss A" which is under AQ Entertainment, a JYP Entertainment sub-label. Before debuting with "miss A" in July 2010, Min had some notable recognition in South Korea and some parts of America for being "Lil Jon's protege". She is considered as JYP's longest trainee having been trained for eight years before debuting. At a very young age, she had already been exposed to the entertainment industry as she had taken part in "BoBoBo" (The Korean version of Sesame Street). At 13 years old, she and Girls' Generation's member, Hyo Yeon, formed a dance duo called "Little Winners". Min auditioned to be a part of JYP Entertainment when she was in the 6th grade. After a year of training, she was sent to the U.S. to train some more as she prepared for a U.S. debut. In November 2017, she departed from Miss A as her contract with JYP Entertainment expired. In December 2017, JYP officially announced that Miss A has disbanded. On May 22, 2019, she signed an exclusive contract with her new agency K-Tigers E&C. On November 8, 2021, Min released her first official solo pre-debut digital single "Onion". (Source: Wikipedia).
