Mitz Mangrove was born in the Midori Ward of Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture on April 10, 1975. He works mainly as a crossdressing talent but is also an actor, narrator, and drag queen. His father is Tokumitsu Jiro, who served as Isetan's UK president and the deputy manager of their Shinjuku location. His uncle is announcer Tokumitsu Kazuo. Talent Tokumitsu Masayuki is his cousin.
