Noh Hong Chul is a South Korean entertainer and entrepreneur. He previously appeared on the television programs "Infinite Challenge" and "I Live Alone". His trademark pelvic-thrusting "jeojil dance" was featured in a famous cameo in the music video "Gangnam Style", which has been viewed over 3 billion times on YouTube.
