Toda Keiko is a Japanese actress and voice actress. Her most famous role is being the voice of the children's hero Anpanman on the long-running anime Soreike! Anpanman. She also voices Thomas the Tank Engine in Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends from Season 1 to Season 8. She is an acclaimed singer and also speaks French. In film and theater, she often works with screenwriter/director Mitani Koki. She was married to fellow Gundam voice actor Ikeda Shuichi but then divorced.
