Jerry Yuan is a Chinese singer and actor born in Shanghai. He graduated from Tongji University. In 2004, he placed 8th in the national finals of the singing talent program "Wo Xing Wo Xiu." The following year he released his first single, "Wu Ke Dai Ti," which was featured in an advertisement of Guangming Fruit Tea. In January 2018, Yuan won The Most Fashionable Artist of the Year Award at the First Global Fashion Emerging Awards. Later that year, he also won the Crossover Male Artist of the Year Award, handed out by the China Fashion Power List.
