Kato Takuya is a Japanese screenwriter and director, born in Osaka. At the age of 17, he started working as a radio and television writer, after which he moved to Italy at the age of 18 to learn about film production and theater. After returning to Japan, he launched "Theatrical Troupe" and directed the stage. At the age of 23, he set the youngest record for a Mitsukoshi theater director. He won the Young Director Competition 2017 Excellence Award. (Foster).
