She debuted as an actress in "Marmalade Boy" (2011). In 2007, she released her first solo album, "I'm Libra," in China. In March 2008, Ady was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse, heart closure insufficiency, gallbladder polyps, and other health issues, leading her to take a break for treatment. She resumed work in May 2008. In March 2017, Ady An registered her marriage with Chen Rong Lian, the CEO of Macau Dejin Group. On July 18, 2019, she gave birth to a son.
