Chen Wen Hsiang is a Taiwanese actor, singer, and host from Tainan, Taiwan. He graduated from the Chinese Arts School drama department. In 2004, he formed the comedy duo "HOCC" with his partner Hao Zi. After graduating from the Drama Department of the Chinese Arts School, he entered military service with the Artillery Corps. He left the Artillery Corps in 2003 and worked as a lighting technician at TVBS. Later, he was noticed by his agent and fitness instructor, Zhang Chun Chun. At the time, he was hesitant about the instability of income in the entertainment industry. Zhang Chun Chun invited him to work at her company, selling fitness equipment while also arranging for him to take on acting gigs part-time.
