Byun Eui Joo, known by the stage name EJ, is a South Korean singer, dancer and leader of &TEAM. The group is made of the final 9 contestants of the audition program "&Audition - The Howling" and is managed by HYBE Labels Japan. He graduated from Baekma High School and was active in fencing since middle school. He spent 1 years and 6 months as a trainee before he appeared in the survival show "I-LAND" in 2020, where he was eliminated in episode 7.
