Lu Yang is a Chinese film director, screenwriter and producer, born in Beijing and graduated from the directing department of Beijing Film Academy in 2007. His father is Lu Hai Bo, a director and professor of the department of film and television of Central Academy of Drama. In 2010, Lu won the KNN Award in the New Wave Unit at the 15th Busan International Film Festival in South Korea with his directional debut "My Spectacular Theatre".
