Lee Seung Hwan is a South Korean singer and a former member of the Korean boy band group 1THE9. He was a contestant in MBC's survival show, Under19 (Under Nineteen). He ranked 8th position in the survival show and became part of boy group 1THE9. He was the lead dancer and lead vocalist of the group. He promoted with 1THE9 for 17 months.
