Shin Sakurako is a former Japanese actress born in Gotemba, Shizuoka, Japan. Her real name is Yamada Atsuko (山田厚子). She dropped out of Gotemba Minami High School. She was affiliated with Office Two One. She persuaded her family, who opposed her entry into the entertainment industry and dropped out of high school after one year to enroll in the Shochiku Music and Dance School.
