"Ten" Chittaphon Leechaiyapornkul is a Thai Chinese singer and dancer born in Bangkok, Thailand, and working in South Korea and China. He's the main dancer, lead rapper and sub vocalist in the SM TOWN K-pop boy group NCT U, debuting with the group 2016. On January 17, 2019, he debuted with the China-based subunit of NCT, WayV (威神V), followed by the subunit SuperM (슈퍼엠) in October of that year. He plays guitar. In addition to Korean and Thai, Ten speaks fluent English and speaks Mandarin Chinese very well. In 2018, Ten received an exemption from Thai military service due to his past injury and knee surgery. At fifteen, Ten made his first foray into the entertainment industry in 2011 under the name TNT when he competed on and won the competition “Teen Superstar.” With the win, he earned the opportunity to sign a contract with the South Korean company Starship Entertainment (스타쉽 엔터테인먼트). However, his family didn't allow it. Two years later, he joined SM Entertainment (SM 엔터테인먼트) after passing the SM Global Audition in Thailand.
