Lee Ye Ji, known professionally as Yezi, is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of FIESTAR (피에스타). She graduated from Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School. Before debuting, the group released a song with labelmate IU titled "Sea of Moonlight" that entered the Top-10 of the Gaon Digital Chart. She made her debut in 2012 as FIESTAR's main rapper, main dancer, vocalist and maknae with the single album "Vista." In 2015, she entered "Unpretty Rapstar 2" and reached the semifinals before being eliminated. In early 2016, she debuted as a soloist with the single "Foresight Dream." Meanwhile, FIESTAR faced mixed reviews in their following releases and, in May 2018, all members decided not to renew their contracts and disbanded.
