Kanittha Kwunyoo, nicknamed Fon, is a Thai director and screenwriter. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communication Arts. Radio, Television and Film Bangkok University and a special lecturer in Art of Story Telling, Screenwriting Workshop, Department of Film Bangkok from University Rangsit Campus. She made short film 'Time... Love', which the finalist of the 12th Thai Film Foundation Short Film Festival. The second Popular Vote award was a love story of my grandparents at the end of their lives, and the inspiration for the long-running film 'Short But Love Me Long' by GTH. “Karma” (2015, Arbat) directed by Kanittha Kwunyoo was initially banned for depicting a reluctant novice breaking monk precepts such as drinking and having a girlfriend.
