Description:

This film tells the story of freshman high school girl Ye Li and her classmates who want to use the Ten Ghost Seeing Methods to summon the spirits of the dead. They decide to explore the Aoki Mountains, the center of an area shrouded in horrific local legends, on the night of the Hungry Ghost Festival: the 15th day of the 7th month on the Lunar Calendar. In the middle of using the Ten Ghost Seeing Methods, however, they all unexpectedly see the lonely spirit of their own past life, and afterwords suffer from frequent supernatural encounters: female ghosts in red dresses, reappearing foggy nighttime spirits, disappearances, insanity, and death curses that are never to be uttered all envelope them.
