Description:

There is an old but special hospital in the Kabukicho district of Shinjuku, Tokyo. Because of the surrounding entertainment district, the hospital receives people who are different from the average Japanese person. The patients that visit the hospital include homeless people, foreign residents, hosts, and sex workers. One day, a mysterious woman named Yoko Nishi Freeman appears at the hospital. She is a doctor with U.S. citizenship and military medical experience in the U.S. She begins to work at the hospital and becomes a presence that brightens up everything around her. Meanwhile, Takamine Toru is a beauty dermatologist, but he studies anesthesia at his uncle’s hospital, where Yoko Nishi Freeman begins to work.
